Losing camera signal to router

Hello,

I have a apexis APM-J0233-WS-IR camera and connected to a Netgear router wireless. I have Blue Iris to view camera with 2 other IP cameras. My apexis camera during the day works great untill dusk and then it drops signal with router completely until daylight.
I have not tried the camera wired at night as it is outside and did not see the problem until the first night after I installed camera.

Is the camera defective , when ir leds come on!
