I see my modem instead of my ip cam

hi! I'm a noob to setting up ip camera.

here is my set up:
a dsl modem :PROLiNK Hurricane 9200AR Modem/Router - my modem ip is: 192.168.1.1
a linksys turned into an access point :wrt54g DHCP disabled. - my router ip is 192.168.1.254
and an apexis apm-j011-ws - connected wirelessly at ip 191.168.1.103.

my problem is when i check on my public ip by www.whatismyip.com
i just see my modem instead of seeing the ip cam itself.
some one please help.

i tried port forwarding. and still does not work.
i am ever confuse which ip from the modem or the access point my ip cam is connected to.

Help me please.

Can you see the factory DDNS on the stick at the bottom of the camera?

You just do port forwarding in your router, as you showed the camera's IP is 192.168.1.103, so do the follow steps

1. Change the camera's port from 80 to another one, such as 8001.
2. Login your router, find the port forwarding, set the IP 192.168.1.103 refer to the port 8001.
3. Confirm the protocal are both TCP and UDP.

Then login your camera, click System, you will see the DDNS status, there will be a link: http://DDNS:8001, this is for your camera for remote control and view.

If you can show some pictures of the router settings, maybe help a lot, because i don't have a PROLINK Hurricane 9200AR router.

I am super lost with my setup.

My wrt54g router is now dhcp disabled. and has no port forwarding

my prolink has a port portwarding to my ip cam

my ipcam has an ip of 192.168.1.3

i cant see my camera outside my network. please help.
