Why my IP camera can’t find the WIFI network when work well with the wired? The other WIFI devices such as notebook works well.

maybe i could share with you some experience. please confirm how about the distance between your WIFI router and camera?

Can you find the SSID listed? If listed, check your router, if there is any WIFI MAC filter.

Settings correctly would be more easy to enjoy all the functions. check it.

Wifi distance is 100M
my room isn't so large. Didn't work even if I put the camera 1m beside my wireless router.

Check the WIFI MAC Filter, please don't enable this function in your router.

If it's not because of the mac filter, then i think there is something wrong with the WIFI of the camera

Some special router, use different wifi channel, pay attention.

I'm having the same problem after updating the firmware. Alguwm know know where I find old firmware? I do not know which version it was. the serial number is AP01100196 and the camera is about 2 to 3 years. I installed the firmware firmwaeJ011_Firmware_17_22_2_36 I got the official site. After that no network no longer appears in the list.
